Effling Kids is designed for children aged 3-7.

Account registration and management must be done by a parent or legal guardian.

2. Use of the App

Parents must supervise their child’s use of the app.
Unauthorized commercial use of the app is prohibited.
Users are prohibited from uploading or sharing any content that is inappropriate, harmful, or violates Indian laws, including the IT Act, 2000.

3. Data Protection & Privacy

Users agree to our Privacy Policy, which governs data collection and security.
We ensure compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).

4. Limitation of Liability

Effling Kids is not responsible for technical issues beyond our control.
Liability for any claims is limited to the amount paid by the user (if applicable).
We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by unauthorized use of the app.

5. Updates & Termination

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and will notify users of major changes.
We may terminate accounts found violating our policies.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttra Pradesh, India.

8. Prohibited Use Policy

Users are strictly prohibited from using Effling Kids for any unlawful, commercial, or inappropriate activities, including but not limited to data mining, hacking, or content redistribution.
