1. Nature of Products and Services
Effling offers digital products and services, including downloadable PDFs, worksheets, bundles, and in-app purchases or subscriptions available through our mobile app. These are non-tangible digital goods delivered electronically.
2. Digital Products: Returns
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once access has been granted, the file has been downloaded, or the content has been delivered. This is intended to prevent misuse, copying, and unauthorized sharing.
3. Refund Policy
A. Website Purchases
For purchases made directly on our website, all sales are final except where a refund is required by applicable law or where there is a verified issue such as:
- Duplicate payment.
- Payment failure where money was deducted but access was not delivered.
- Confirmed technical issue preventing delivery of the product.
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us at support@effling.com within 48 hours of purchase with your order details and proof of payment. We will review the request in accordance with applicable law and our payment provider’s rules.
B. Google Play Purchases
Purchases made through Google Play, including in-app purchases and subscriptions, are subject to Google Play’s refund policies. In many cases, refund requests for apps, in-app purchases, and subscriptions may be made through Google Play within 48 hours of purchase. If more than 48 hours have passed, users should contact Effling support and/or Google Play as applicable.
Effling does not directly control Google Play billing decisions, and any refund for Google Play purchases is subject to Google’s policies and applicable law.
4. Subscription Cancellation
If you purchase a subscription through Google Play, you may cancel it at any time through your Google Play account. Cancellation stops future renewal only. Your access continues until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again for the next renewal unless you resubscribe.
5. Order Cancellation
A. Website Purchases
Orders for digital products cannot usually be canceled after payment is completed because delivery begins immediately.
B. Google Play Purchases
Orders made through Google Play cannot be canceled by Effling after purchase. If the purchase is a subscription, you may cancel future renewals through Google Play. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund. Refund eligibility is governed by Google Play’s policies and applicable law.
6. Exceptional Cases
We may review refund requests in exceptional situations, including:
- Unauthorized transactions supported by evidence.
- Duplicate charges.
- Payment errors.
- Confirmed technical issues that prevented delivery.
Any decision will be made case by case, subject to applicable law, payment network rules, and platform policies. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under consumer protection laws or Google Play policies.
