Dear Parents,
When we started Effling Kids, our first question was not about growth or numbers. It was simple: what kind of world are we preparing for our children?
As parents, we teach our kids to respect nature, yet every year we unknowingly ask them to use dozens of notebooks that come from cut trees. One notebook may feel small, but together they become forests. That thought stayed with me.
Effling Kids was built to reduce this silent damage. By helping children practice writing and learning digitally, we are slowly replacing the need for repeated paper use. Our calculation is intentionally simple and conservative: one tree roughly equals 83 notebooks. When families shift even a small part of learning from paper to digital notes, the impact adds up naturally. We have already begun this journey, and as our community grows, so does our responsibility.
Our mission for 2028 is to save 10,000 trees by creating a mindful digital learning ecosystem for children. This is not a marketing claim; it is a promise to our kids and the planet they will inherit.
Effling is not just an app. It is a choice to learn responsibly.
Warm regards,
